September 2005
This month I have been collecting Tu-Pac posters from the street and have acquired many from all over NYC. Some from the upper west side and others from Soho and Tribeca. I just put a show up at Pablo’s Birthday in Tribeca which you can get to by going to http://www.pablosbirthday.com

I have been sorting the posters out and have begun to formulate the composition that I will use them in which will be displayed on the site next month.

Obviously from the pictures, I have been cutting down posters from construction sites and advertising structures and locations around the city and this will be the method I will employ for the duration of the project.

Process: I will gather advertising posters from public spaces (as many of a specific kind as possible) and create collages from them.
