Just got back from Naples Italy where I set up a studio, stole all the posters from the streets and created a solo show for the http://www.changingrole.com gallery. It was a great experience and the response to my art was really overwhelming. There are more posters in Naples than I've ever seen anywhere that I've ever been. I thought I died and went to poster nirvana. Check out the photos that I have of posters on the street and you'll understand. The posters are everywhere and incredibly thick on the walls. I was lucky enough to catch some of the people who put up the posters in the act. This April's update focuses mainly on the posters in the street and the May update will be concerned with my studio practice and the art works that I created while I was there.

Process: I will gather advertising posters from public spaces (as many of a specific kind as possible) and create collages from them.
